Job responsibilities: Influencers development: Search, contact and cooperate with local influencers on Instagram, TikTok, Youtube etc that match the brand, and maintain long-term cooperative relationships with established high-quality influencers to promote brand marketing goals
Send samples and urge manuscripts: Apply for sample delivery, pay attention to logistics dynamics, and ensure that influencers receive products in time; follow up on production schedules to ensure that influencer content is published on time
Content creation: Provide creative support and guidance to ensure high-quality influencer content output
Data analysis: Organize and record influencer-related materials and data, analyze the advantages and disadvantages of materials, and put forward improvement opinions and suggestions
Job requirements:
1. College degree or above
2. More than one year of influencer operation experience, with relevant KOL and MCN resources preferred
3. Strong communication and negotiation skills
4. Familiar with various social media platforms, understand the dynamics of online influencers and short video and live broadcast industries
5. Have data analysis skills and teamwork spirit
6. Experience with social media management (Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok) is a bonus
