Roles & ResponsibilitiesJob Overview:
The Senior Manager will lead and oversee digital transformation initiatives across the organization, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements, enhance operational efficiency, and implement innovative digital solutions. The role involves managing projects from conceptualization to execution, promoting awareness, and providing training to ensure seamless adoption of new technologies and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end management of digital transformation initiatives, from ideation to implementation.
Collaborate with Operations, HR, and Quality Management teams to identify areas for digital improvement and innovation. - Develop and manage project plans, timelines, deliverables and budgets to meet key milestones.
- Design, develop, and maintain int
- ractive dashboards using Power BI (or similar tools) to provide insights and enhance decision-making.
- Provide training and support to employees for navigating organizational changes associated with digital transformation efforts to optimize workflows and productivity.
- Conduct in-depth analysis using statistical methods to uncover trends and translate them into actionable recommendations.
Skills & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in digital transformation, project management, or process improvement across multiple departments.
- Proficiency in data analytics tools (Power BI or equivalent) and experience creating interactive dashboards.
- Experience with manpower rostering, workforce management, and process optimization.
