Hi! We’re searching for a passionate Lead Teacher (English Language) for a Private Kindergarten for their N1 age group - someone who enjoys inspiring and nurturing young minds while having fun!

What you’ll do:
- Create fun and engaging lesson plans that help kids fall in love with reading and writing.
- Build a warm and welcoming classroom atmosphere where every child feels safe and excited to learn.
- Keep an eye on each child’s progress and provide feedback that encourages them to grow.
- Work closely with your fellow teachers to weave language skills into various subjects.
- Build strong relationships with parents, keeping them in the loop about their child’s journey.
About you:
- You possess either an Advanced Certificate in Early Years, or a Diploma/ Degree in Early Childhood Education or their ECDA-recognised equivalent.
- You’ve got experience teaching young kids and know how to make learning enjoyable.
- You’re creative, patient, and bring positive energy to the classroom.
- You communicate well with kids and parents, building strong connections.
- You’re dedicated to helping every child develop their language skills and confidence.
