Job Description
- Conceptualisation and design of facades, preparation of drawings and structural calculations
- Delivery of technical presentations
- Coordination with clients, architects, consultants, façade contractors, suppliers and other project team members
- Supervision of construction, site inspection and training of constructors
- Preparation of technical submissions, proposals and documentation
Job Specifications
- Singaporean or PR preferred
- Degree in Civil, Structural or Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines.
- 3 – 5 years of experience in façade design, engineering and construction and project management
- Proficient in CAD software to create designs and solve technical issues.
- Strong and diverse technical background with effective presentation skills
- Well-versed in construction trends, international design standards and building regulations.
- Possess a wide network of building professionals and property developers.
- Ability to multitask and work well in a team.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Proficient in CAD and 3D Modelling software - Revit, Rhino, Sketchup software
- Possesses deep understanding about various façade materials.
- Well informed in construction trends, international design standards and building regulations.
- Demonstrate organisation and communication skills
- Possesses relationship building and networking skills.
- Skilled in interacting with people of diverse cultural backgrounds at various levels.
- Possesses strong project management skills.
- Willing and able to travel as needed (1 – 2 times/month)
