Job Responsibilities
In this role, you will work on end-to-end data projects (from source to pipeline to dashboard) and become a subject matter expert on data. You will get exposed to multiple facets of a healthtech startup by working with stakeholders across different teams (such as marketing, finance, operations, product) to understand business challenges, build data solutions, discover actionable insights and make recommendations to drive the company’s growth.
The Data team within Engineering is a lean team. You will get to initiate and lead your own projects to derive data-driven insights for stakeholders from cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
- Business Insights: understand business models and apply data analytics methods to formulate actionable insights and recommendations.
- Stakeholder Partnership: collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and requirements, perform data-driven analysis to value-add stakeholder decision making.
- Analytical Modeling: formulate models for segmentation, prediction and forecasting.
- Presenting Data and Insights: create dashboards, visualizations and presentations to aid and advance decision making.
- Data Excellence: build data pipelines, maintain data warehouse, troubleshoot data quality issues, and contribute to overall data strategy
