Qualifications
- Professional Certification/ Diploma in Accountancy / Finance or any related discipline
- With at least 5 years of relevant experiences
- Good knowledge of accounting standards and local regulatory requirements
- SAP B1 experience preferred
- Self motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team
Requirements
- Handle full spectrum of accounts
- Complete monthly reporting within tight deadlines
- Maintaining and updating of the company’s financial and management accounts related activities
- Ensure corporate quarterly / statistical reporting, audit and tax compliance reporting are met
- Perform monthly reconciliation and management reports
- Quaterly GST
- Cashflow & Budget control
- Handle Petty Cash and claims
- Monitor and process payments to suppliers/vendors
- Maintenance of SAP data
- Manage inventory control
- Perform administrative activities such as document filing and the preparation of documents to support sales and purchase activities, e.g. delivery order and service order forms
- Maintain office facilities to support the company’s operation
- Any other duties as may be assigned by the Management

- 5 Working Days (Monday – Friday)
