Sales & Marketing Coordinator
- Up to S$ 3000
- Work hours: 8.30am to 6pm (Mon - Fri)
- Location: 2mins walking distance from Commonwealth mrt station
- With performance bonus
- Prefer with sales background
Job scope:
- Attend and follow up on sales order enquiries for both local and export businesses
- Supporting the sales team and ensuring the smooth operations of all sales process
- Attend to walk-in customers
- Provide product information, pricing, and answer questions about products and deliveries
- Assist in preparing sales quotations and proposals,
- Processing of sales order entry and attending to customer’s requirements
- Provide feedback on customers’ opportunity and after sales support
- Work closely and coordinate with other departments to achieve set targets
- Provide Support in all sales and marketing activities.
- Build and enhance customer relationship
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance sales and customer service skills
- Perform others related duties when required
