- Position : Procurement Officer (Contract Tender)
- Location : Jurong Island-Company transport provided at Choa Chu Kang/ Jurong East MRT station
- Working hours : Monday -Friday, 9.00am-6.00pm
- Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3200 + Site Allowance + 1 month completion bonus + 14 days annual leave + Medical reimbursement + 2 days Family Day
- Duration : 1 year contract - convertible or renewable

Main Responsibilities:
- Disseminate and enforce company policies and procurement procedures to user departments
- Assist Head of Section with procurement activities for new projects
- Manage and oversee purchase orders and contracts for all plants
- Ensure all purchases and contracts follow company procurement policies
- Collaborate with other departments on tender and contract activities
- Ensure proper contract execution and compliance with SOX requirements
- Follow up on contractual requirements and provisions with vendors
- Monitor overdue reports for contracts, purchase orders, insurances, and security deposits, sending reminders to departments
- Manage vendor master data in SAP MM and SAP B1 (vendor creation and qualification)
- Conduct vendor performance reviews annually and after contract completion
- Oversee tender sales
Requirements:
- Diploma holder
- 2-3 years experiences in procurement, contract tendering and admin
- Willing to work in Jurong Island
