Responsibilities:
- Manage clients in FinTech space.
- Grow the Technology search function identifying, attracting, and consulting with best-of-breed candidates for your clients.
- Building relationships with C-Level clients, truly consulting to understand their recruitment needs managing the full recruitment process including opportunity realization, requirement qualification, talent identification, candidate representation, interview preparation, salary / contract negotiation.
- Consistently managing & contributing to team targets & achieving individual & team monthly, quarterly & yearly sales targets
- Representing yourself and the Evolution brand professionally in the market at large
- Attending industry events to keep yourself at the forefront of the ever-changing technology landscape.
- Developing direct and indirect marketing campaigns to increase your unique personal brand.
Requirements:
- Minimum degree qualification in any discipline
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in IT Recruitment preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Sales, Business Development preferred.
- A strong and proven track record in sales, networking and/or business development abilities
- Passion for FinTech / Technology
- A passionate desire to succeed and build a successful career.
