POSITION SUMMARY
The Process Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and monitoring daily plant operations, ensuring that processes are followed according to established procedures. This includes accurately and thoroughly completing batch documentation. The supervisor must adhere to production schedules, safety protocols, and work instructions to ensure smooth and safe production.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure production records and related documents are accurately completed and submitted in a timely manner.
- Oversee the proper handling, storage, and disposal of materials, products, and chemical waste in line with company procedures.
- Monitor and maintain sufficient stock levels of consumables and packaging materials to support ongoing production activities.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legal, health and safety, and quality standards within the workplace.
- Ensure that all plant maintenance and calibration activities are completed promptly and correctly.
- Assign tasks to team members based on production requirements and schedules, ensuring efficient workflow.
- Perform additional duties as required by management.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Min NITEC in Chemical or Chemical engineering or any related studies.
- Prior working experience in Chemical related industries will be advantageous.
- Responsible and possesses good attitude.
- Literacy in English and able to read formulas and procedures on safety manual.
- Able to work as a team player and committed.
OTHER INFORMATION
5-day work week (normal office hours), non-shift work.
