Recruitment
- Assisting in recruitment process includes but not limited to preparing job descriptions, advertising vacant positions, sourcing & screening application, arranging interview, etc
- Perform daily HR duties such as On-boarding/Off-boarding formalities, staff orientation, staff pass processing etc
- Process work pass application, cancellation, renewal for foreign workers through MOM website
- Preparation for manpower movement, confirmation, promotion, resignation, etc along with respective administration
- Prepare employment-related documents e.g., employment contract, letter, etc
Leave & Record Management
- To ensure all leaves are applied before employees goes on leave
- Responsible for claims of government grants such as maternity leave and childcare leave applications
- Ensuring accurate and proper record-keeping of employee information in electronic and required personal documents are in place
Payroll
- Responsible for monthly processing payroll and reports
- Perform OT calculation, medical claim and any other claims
- Process monthly CPF submission
- Responsible in IR8A submission
Other HR Matters
- Provide advice, assistance and follow up on company policies, procedures, and administration
- Provide response to employees’ inquiries on HR-related matters
- Monitor all licenses and insurance renewal
- Monitor quota of workers
- Make announcement to employees (public holiday/special event/company policy changes…)
- Collecting data to provide for reviewing and discussion for continuous improvement including employee engagement surveys
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Management
Management
- Monitor employees’ performance and KPI based on the company appraisal system
- Collect report from Supervisor, Manager which required by management
- Cooperate with Supervisor, Manager and Planner to understand employees’ performance
- Maintain related job and HR role in ISO, example: Job training SOP
- Management Admin Job arrangement
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management/Business Administration, or equivalent
- HR hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred
- Having knowledge of the Employment Act and HR practices and regulations
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
