As a Client Service Associate, this position will be the first point of contact and support to the client via emails or calls.
You will be working with a dynamic team to solve issues that arises from the services provided.
Your job role includes but are not limited to:
- Assisting in the management of portfolios or corporate clients
- Troubleshoot and resolve client requests or issues promptly, to coordinate with internal support teams where required.
- Maintenance of Client database, including data entry and upload
- Client implementation and system setups
- Generate and prepare monthly/ ad-hoc Client reporting
- Client contract renewals and upsell of services where applicable.
- Other administrative tasks including member card preparation, documentation, filing etc
- Assist with accounts receivable follow-ups where required
Requirements for the role:
- Diploma in any discipline
- Candidates with prior experience with healthcare insurance provider will be an added advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
- Passion for customer service
