Job Description
- Manage accurate processing of patient bills and invoices, resolve discrepancies, ensure compliance, and coordinate with finance for timely payouts
- Guide patients on the financial aspects of their treatment, including insurance coverage, payment options, and available financial assistance programs
- Lead the entire service development lifecycle, including conceptualisation, implementation, and change management
- Mentor and supervise junior staff members, conduct regular performance reviews, provide training and development opportunities, and ensure adherence to organisational policies and procedures
- Work with various departments to enhance patient care and administrative processes, drive improvements in billing, appointment scheduling, and financial counseling
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements for patient billing and financial counseling, and prepare reports on billing activities, appointment scheduling metrics, and financial counseling outcomes
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree level in Healthcare/ Business Administration or related
- 3 - 5 years' of experience in healthcare administration in the supervisory capacity, preferably in a clinical setting will be advantageous
