- Analyse and track campaign performance daily.
3. Market Research
- Conduct market research to identify consumer needs and segment audiences.
- Utilize insights to tailor marketing efforts.
4. Trends Analysis
- Stay updated on social media, e-commerce, and digital marketing trends.
- Leverage trends to optimize campaigns.
5. Agency Management
- Oversee all outsourced marketing tasks and vendor relationships.
6. Data Stewardship
- Ensure robust documentation and adherence to best practices in data management and compliance to internal paperwork.
7. Customer Relations
- Manage media relations and maintain a feedback database.
- Address customer escalations promptly and effectively.
Skills and Qualifications
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and consumer behaviour.
- Excellent project management and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Experience in managing external agencies and vendors.
- Design Proficiency: Skilled in design software (e.g. Canva, Illustrator, Photoshop, WordPress).
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese.
