Job Scope :
- Support the Export Operations Supervisor/Executive with day-to-day tasks.
- Prepare and arrange the Pre HAWB (House Air Waybill), including cargo labeling and document organization.
- Dispatch pre-alert notifications to overseas offices and customers ahead of flight departures.
- Conduct job registrations using the company's Freight Management System.
- Adhere to specific handling instructions, especially for time-sensitive cargo.
- Ensure all export cargo is lodged before the Latest Acceptance Time (LAT).
- Carry out any additional tasks assigned by the Export Operations Supervisor/Executive.、
Job Requirement:
- GCE O-Level/Diploma in Supply Chain Management.
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in the Air Freight industry.
