- Manage cargo operations and documentation
- Ensure product quality and quantity are maintained
- Oversee all cargo loading, ex-bunker delivery, blending operations, and deliveries, ensuring compliance with
- Company guidelines, especially SS648: 2019, where applicable
- Implement custody control procedures for cargo storage on bunker tankers and monitor cargo movements
- Maintain accurate and timely entries in the stock movement logbook and daily ROB report
- Report any customer complaints or disputes immediately to the Operations Manager and provide assistance with on-site investigations
- Carry out any additional ad-hoc duties as required
Job Requirements:
- 1 year of experience as a bunker clerk/cargo officer on bunker tankers
- Certification in Basic & Advanced Bunkering Practices (SS600 & TR 48)
- Certification in Bunker Mass Flow Metering Code of Practice (SS 648)
- Willing to adhere to the Company’s shift schedule and stay onboard the vessel
- Excellent communication skills
- Organized, responsible, and attentive to detail
