Job Description
- Assist the project team in managing the project BIM model to support construction works.
- Develop Equipment Layout, Piping Arrangement and Pipe Supports for project execution.
- Lead modellers/drafters to optimize and generate plant Layout and piping arrangement on time .
- Generate relevant 3D model information for the construction team to help them understand hidden or conflicting details.
- Manage and check technical information of external suppliers and coordinate/cooperate with engineers in the organization.
- Check models/drawings/documents and material list and ensure that they conform to contractual technical specifications and installation control documents.
- Check 2D & 3D shop drawing and as-built drawings.
Requirements
- Degree in Chemical Engineering/Mechanical Engineering/Environmental Engineering.
- Good knowledge in international design codes and standard.
- Competent on the use of BIM software form Autodesk/Bentley, and modelling techniques to produce 3D modelling and 2D drawing production from 3D models.
- Expert knowledge in the use of BIM tools for design / construction documentation for all stages of the development phases from project inception till completion/handover.
- Certification of CET-6 is required.
- Good communication and writing in English.
- Willingness to learn and adapt.
