Job Description
- Create and develop detailed 3D models using BIM software from Bentley/Autodesk.
- Assist in developing and maintaining established BIM standards and workflows and ensure integrity/quality of the model and drawing.
- Assist with the updates and archival of 3D models for submission.
- Prepare and update BIM models based on design drawings, external/internal comments, and latest information.
- Interface with project planner to create 4D model.
- Interface with peers of their discipliners to resolve basic modelling issues
- Generate 2D & 3D shop drawing for construction and as-built from BIM model.
Requirements
- Degree in Civil Engineering/Architecture Engineering.
- Able to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Competent on the use of BIM software form Autodesk/Bentley, and modelling techniques to produce 3D modelling and 2D drawing production from 3D models.
- Certification of CET-6 is required.
- Willingness to learn and adapt.
- Good communication and writing in English.
