Position Overview:
A Senior Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for leading and executing high-level digital
marketing strategies across multiple platforms. This role involves a more strategic approach in
marketing activities and planning, as well as requires extensive experience in digital marketing, and
advanced analytics. The Senior Digital Marketing Specialist will work with marketing team to develop
strategies that align with business objectives and with the sales team to assist in business planning.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including search
engines, social media, email, and display advertising.
• Manage PPC campaigns on Google and social media platforms.
• Optimize campaigns to achieve business goals, including lead generation, customer
acquisition, and revenue growth.
• Work out promotional campaigns, webinar planning and execution to support sales team.
• Coordinate with ASEAN marketers to roll out digital marketing campaigns per schedule.
• Monitor and analyse the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google
Analytics and other digital marketing software.
• Prepare regular reports on campaign performance and provide insights and make datadriven improvements.
• Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends,
opportunities, and risks.
• Use insights to inform marketing strategies and provide recommendations for improving
market positioning.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with significant experience leading successful
campaigns across multiple markets, preferably in the ASEAN region.
• Proven results in growing brand awareness, lead generation, and sales through digital and
social media channels.
• In-depth knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, and digital analytics tools.
• Expertise in social media marketing, content creation, and email marketing.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
• Ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights to optimize campaigns and
improve performance.
• Creativity and an eye for detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills:
• Certifications in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other relevant platforms.
• Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and advanced analytics techniques.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, video editing, and web development basics.
