Customer Service Assistant (Paints/ Coatings/ Contract)
12-Months Contract (Renewable)
Location : Changi Business Park
Salary: Up to $3,500 depending on experience
Our client, a leading global paints and coatings company and a major producer of specialty chemicals, is looking for Customer Service Assistant to join their team .
Job Summary:
- To attend all incoming enquiries especially handling on painting enquiries and assigning job to pro painters and collating payments between company and painters etc.
Responsibilities
- Attend to all customer service enquiries
- Attend to all painting services related
- Retrieve emails, reply to all enquiries
- Assign painting leads to pro painters
- Tracking and compiling confirmed leads for payment
- Sending of courier service for local and overseas documents
- Mass mailing of campaign and promotional materials
- Clearing of mails.
- Database management of Dulux Painter Program
- Attend to painters’ enquiries ie. Redemptions etc.
- Painter telemarketing & feedback
- Prepare warranty agreement for Retail and Projects Dept
- Monitor and keying in retail promotions, festive promotions and other ad-hoc redemptions.
Requirements:
- Min O’ Level qualification
- Able to operate Excel and Microsoft Word, knowledge in Access
- 1 to 2 years of experience in handling customers
- Good telephone skills
