Job Scope:
- Oversee and organize the daily schedule for the company's launch boat activities
- Manage logistics for launch arrangements for internal staff, including coordinating with external vendors for services
- Keep detailed records of launch movements for payment validation and related purposes
- Support the purchasing department in arranging logistics for the delivery of provisions, spare parts, and other supplies by both land and sea
- Review and verify relevant invoices
- Assist the purchasing department with any additional assigned tasks
- Carry out projects and duties as directed
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Maritime, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related discipline
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in logistics coordination, sales, or purchasing
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with attention to detail and the ability to interact with stakeholders effectively
