RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Cleans guestrooms/serviced apartments and replenishes room amenities according to the operational standards.
• Anticipate guests’ needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all guests.
• Maintain positive guest relations at all times.
• Perform thorough cleaning duties and responsible for the cleanliness and maintenance of his work area.
• Reports any defect in room, damage and any lost & found item left in checked out rooms.
