Responsibilities
- Coordinate with multiple parties not limiting to design consultants/engineers, other departments, clients’ project representatives, statutory / authority agencies etc. for the establishment of the design deliverables requirements for submission and engineering works.
- Monitor progress, quality of workmanship and ensure that it complies with authority requirements.
- Highlight any discrepancies and advise the staff on the interfacing of M&E services and the building works.
- Review design deliverables together with the design consultants/engineers and ensure that it is in order for submission.
- Attend technical clarifications as and when required to address technical issues and establish method statements.
- Perform all duties in accordance with company policies, processes, systems, and procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in the construction industry.
- Preferably with a degree in engineering and above or equivalent.
- Able to work as a team, assertive, independent, and proactive.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD/BIM software is an added advantage.
- 6 days work week.
