Job Responsibilities:
· To assist with onboarding of new clients
· To assist with corporate secretarial duties
· Assist to apply for LTVP, Dependent Pass, Entry Visa Application, Employment Pass.
· Liaise with MOM to check on status of application and appeal.
· Support management with improving internal process.
· Provide exceptional customer experience and maintain high standards of service.
· Other general administrative work and ad hoc duties assigned by supervisor or management
Job Requirements:
· Diploma and above.
· At least 1 year of experience in relevant field.
· Strong knowledge of MOM rules and regulations
· Excellent interpersonal skills
· Multi-tasking
· Ability to interact well in English and Mandarin (written & spoken), need to liaise with Clients from China.
