Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Assistant/Officer to join our dynamic team. The HR Assistant/Officer will support the HR department in various administrative tasks and contribute to the overall efficiency of HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.
- Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives.
- Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies).
- Process documentation relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, etc.)
- Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an HR Officer, HR Assistant, HR Administrator or relevant human resources/administrative position.
- Proficient in MS Office
- Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong ethics and reliability.
