About the Role:
PROMACH PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Assistant Air-Conditioning/Refrigeration Engineer with at least 1 year of experience to join our team. This role involves working closely with site supervisors, contractors, and clients to ensure the successful execution of air-conditioning and refrigeration projects. Candidates who can acquire new projects will have an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Co-ordinate job activities at the site, ensuring that all work is carried out according to the project plan.
- Assist Site Supervisors in managing daily operations, ensuring tasks are completed on schedule.
- Manage contractors and subcontractors to ensure smooth collaboration and adherence to project requirements.
- Ensure smooth and effective communication with clients, addressing any queries or concerns promptly.
- Provide regular updates and reports on project progress to management and clients.
- Support the implementation of M&E systems at project sites.
- Acquire new projects and business opportunities for the company (added advantage).
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in air-conditioning and refrigeration systems.
- ITE, Diploma, or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering fields.
- Able to understanding of HVAC systems, job site coordination, and client management.
- Ability to manage contractors and ensure project deadlines are met.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, especially in handling client interactions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) is a plus.
- Ability to acquire new projects will be considered an added advantage.
