- Manage end-to-end payroll processing for multiple entities across SEA, ensuring accuracy and timeliness supported by initially one payroll manager
- Manage relationships with external vendors ensuring Standard Operating Procedures and KPIs are in place and met.
- Work closely with Finance, HR Business Partners, and external vendors to ensure payroll data is accurate and payments are processed smoothly.
- Ensure that all payroll-related policies, procedures, and documentation are up to date and compliant with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular audits of payroll systems and processes to minimize errors and maintain high standards of payroll governance.
- Identify opportunities to improve payroll processes, create efficiencies, reduce single points of failure and optimize the service provision
- Respond to internal and external audit inquiries and provide supporting documentation as needed.
- Act as the subject matter expert for payroll queries and provide advice to HR and Finance teams as needed.
- Prepare and analyze payroll reports for management, providing insights and recommendations for process improvements.
- Assist in the annual budget planning related to payroll and provide forecasts as needed.
