Loans & Structured Credit SEA is a part of Global Financing & Credit Trading, Asia that covers a wide range of financing transactions for SE Asia corporate clients, including private credit and corporate loans, across senior and mezzanine parts of the capital structure.

Your key responsibilities:
- Interact with Corporate Finance and C-suite personnel alongside senior DB team members to diligence underlying companies, assess the transaction, and to execute trades
- Manage internal transaction credit ratings and approvals processes
- Lead discussions with clients in the negotiation of transaction structure, terms and covenants
- Preparation of credit memos, scenario analysis etc for senior / mezzanine loans to corporates
- Monitor the existing loan exposures in the portfolio
- Mentor the juniors in the team
Your skills and experience:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Finance, including structured loans, private credit
- Experience in SEA syndicated loans, pre-IPO financing and illiquid share-backed margin loans, across high yield, corporate and sponsor space.
- Experience in carrying out deep dive credit analysis, financial modeling for companies across various sectors
- Ability to understand and analyse financial statements
- Strong communication skills, analytical and detailed oriented
Role is required to be performed on-site at One Raffles Quay office. Relevant vaccination requirements may apply.
