Job Responsibilities and Authorities
- Continuously develop, implement and maintain the Company’s Quality Management System in accordance with the Authority’s standards.
- Manage office and project quality to ensure compliance to codes, standards, regulations, and QMS requirements.
- Coordinate on quality matters with project team, conduct regular inspection to ensure works are in compliance with method statements & proper sequence of work and in accordance to BCA’s good industry practice.
- Implement preventive measure, corrective action, review and comments to ensure that all non-conformance issues are promptly investigated, corrective and preventive action are proposed and implemented.
- Maintain QAQC records and ensure all project documentation are kept in compliance with the QMS
- Prepare and establish the internal and external audit plan and conduct the audit for Singapore. (Including other regions like Malaysia and India)
- Ensure the company’s required authority certification timely renewal.
- Prepare and submit for the authority awards for the completed projects.
- Coordinate and facilitate regular meeting and management review.
- Support company development, update and maintain organizational chart regularly.
Job Specifications
- Diploma in engineering or equivalent.
- Min 5 years of working experience in the construction industry.
