About the role
Join Lion City Rentals as our Marketing Manager and take charge of driving growth in our rental and leasing division. With a focus on expanding short-term, long-term, and corporate leasing solutions, you’ll develop and execute marketing strategies that elevate our brand and enhance profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies of the rental and leasing division, focusing on short-term, long-term, and corporate leasing solutions.
- Lead market research initiatives to identify new opportunities and monitor competitive trends.
- Safeguard and enhance the company’s brand identity and reputation.
- Manage all digital marketing channels, including website management, SEO, PPC, and social media marketing.
- Efficiently plan, allocate, and monitor the marketing budget, ensuring positive ROI.
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing marketing team.
- Analyze marketing data to track performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and integrate marketing innovations into your plans.
- Report to both the CEO and Sales Director to align marketing goals with broader business objectives.
Requirements:
- Tertiary degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 8 years of relevant marketing experience, with a proven track record in rental or leasing industries.
- Expertise in digital marketing, social media, and CRM tools.
- Skilled in using analytics to drive decisions and track marketing effectiveness.
- Strong analytical skills to drive data-driven marketing decisions.
- Experience in the automotive or rental industry is highly preferred.
