As Senior Assistant Manager , you will deliver the services provided by HR Group Shared Services in a consistent, accurate and timely manner. This involves working with various stakeholders in supporting the On/Offboarding and Onsite related activities.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide support to the Manager and Team Lead in the review, development and implementation of policies, plans, processes and programmes.
- Work with Institution HR Business Partners and staff in providing value-adding HR services and support.
- Administer and execute HR functions and processes in relation to On/Offboarding.
- Support and improve on-site experience for new hires and leavers through On/Offboarding stages.
- Ensure the services are delivered in line with policies and comply to all relevant Legislation requirement.
- Deliver the HR activities that meet the service level agreement (SLA) and key performance indicators (KPIs) within HR Group Shared Services.
- Ensure HR systems are maintained accurately based on agreed procedures and team standards.
Job Requirements
- Diploma in Human Resource or Business-related discipline.
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience, especially in healthcare sector
- IT savvy and comfortable with the use of Microsoft Excel to handle large amount of data
