Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Account/HR professional to join our team in Singapore, West (BUKIT BATOK CRESCENT). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in benefits administration, HR administration, cash handling, and general accounting. Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred. This is a full-time position that requires on-site work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle benefits administration and HR administration tasks
- Manage cash handling procedures
- Utilize accounting software for financial transactions
- Perform general accounting duties
- Assist with tax accounting and cost accounting tasks
- Collaborate with the finance and accounting team
- Communicate effectively in Mandarin when necessary
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of relevant work experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in benefits administration, HR administration, and general accounting
- Familiarity with accounting software
- Knowledge of tax accounting and cost accounting principles
- Post-secondary diploma in a related field
- Fluency in MANDARIN is a MUST
