Mandatory Skills
- Techno-functional role, working with other Business Analyst in project team to gather business, functional and technical requirements, translating into documentation for developers. Documents include functional specification document, data mapping specification, technical design document, process documentation etc.
- Experience in operations support of business applications to business users.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Work with QAs to perform and document SIT and UAT.
- Assist project manager with project administration.
- Bridge communication between onshore and offshore team.
- Able to multi-task, meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with SQL and API.
- Strong communication skills with good command of English.
- Good understanding of Project Management and Agile methodology.
