Nano-purification solutions is seeking a results-driven Country Manager to lead their APAC business, following the planned retirement of the current Country Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for sustainably growing the business in line with divisional targets and objectives, ensuring an effective effort across all areas of the business in support of nano achieving a market leadership position for identified products and in targeted markets.

Reporting to the General Manager of nano Purification Solutions, you will be accountable for the Profit and Loss and Balance Sheet of nano-purification solutions Asia Pacific. Key responsibilities include developing and executing strategies to achieve market and customer share and increase market contribution, by expanding nano's presence to new markets and growing within existing markets. You will also be responsible for developing the sales, aftermarket and service organization in line with business needs to ensure stronger presence and customer satisfaction, and continuously grow the nano digital presence.

As the Country Manager, you will continuously improve operational efficiency in sales, aftermarket, operations, and administrative functions, develop and lead the management team towards continuous success, while also growing and developing talent within the area of responsibility. Interacting with CT divisions to support the development of synergies, consolidated results, and performance, leveraging digitalization across all areas of the business, and safeguarding a safe and healthy working environment are also part of the job.


Requirement


The ideal candidate holds a University degree in a technically and/or commercially oriented field, or equivalent experience. He/she will have a proven track record in sales and marketing to industrial customers, with a sound business and commercial awareness. Experience in a Customer Center environment is an asset. Additionally, excellent command of English and financial skills are required.
