As a sister company of Stylez Pte Ltd, a company operating multiple Japanese restaurants in Singapore, such as 6-time Singapore Michelin Plate awardee Shunsui, Rosa Rossa Pte Ltd is seeking for experienced F&B operation director who can manage existing outlets and planning the expansion at the same time.
We seek for the Senior Operation Director to be on board to run the operation of the outlets.
Job Description
- Report directly to the group chairman daily
- Run the PDCA cycle to continuously improve the company performance
- Manage each outlet's target figures and KPIs
- Hiring and coaching of the crews to increase the efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
-Minimum of 10 years experience in Japanese F&B business overseas.
-In-depth knowledge of budgeting and cost control
-Must be able to communicate and negotiate with various kinds of suppliers in English and Japanese.
-Minimum of 5 years experience as an operation manager at a Japanese F&B outlet.
-Wide range of knowledge in Japanese cuisine and beverages.
