Sakedokoro Eizaburo is a brand new concept under the Shunsui Group and a sister restaurant of the 6-time Michelin Plate Singapore awardee Shunsui.
We urgently seek an experienced Senior Izakaya Chef to be on board.
Job Description
- Manage hot kitchen and charcoal grill section of the outlet.
-Create an attractive menu within the target budget.
- Prepare dishes
- Manage inventory of ingredients
- Maintain cleanliness of the outlet
- Guide and coach junior staff
Requirements
-Minimum of 2 years experience in yakitori using the charcoal.
-Minimum of 2 years experience as an Izakaya chef.
-Must have skills and experience in costing and inventory management.
-Must be able to communicate in English and Mandarin.

Salary: from $5,500 to $6,900, depending on your experience and skills
