Flexi HR Admin & Finance Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support:
  • Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring availability and proper use.
    Coordinate meetings, appointments, and company events.
  • Assist in payroll processing, leave management, and maintaining employee records. Support recruitment processes, onboarding new employees, and other HR tasks as needed.
  • Monitor and manage our stock and sample inventory
  • Finance Operations:
  • Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
  • Perform monthly bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Perform weekyl reconciliation of project costings
  • Prepare financial reports, assist in budgeting, and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
  • Other general HR admin and finance duties
