Key Responsibilities:
- Develop design concepts and present ideas to clients
- Prepare detailed space planning, layouts, and mood boards
- Select and specify furniture, fixtures, materials, and finishes
- Collaborate with clients, architects, and contractors to ensure successful project execution
- Produce detailed drawings, renderings, and construction documents
- Monitor and manage project timelines and budgets
- Conduct site visits to ensure design implementation aligns with plans
- Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and technologies
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
- Proven experience as an Interior Designer, with a portfolio showcasing previous projects
- Strong proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, Revit)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Creativity and attention to detail
- Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations is a plus
