Job Description
- Industry/ Organization Type: Heavy Machinery
- Position Title: Finance Manager
- Working Location: West Region
- Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8.00 am – 5 pm
- Salary Package: $5,500 - $6,500 + AWS + Performance Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Review/Prepare interco transactions, interco balances and contra of interco balances
- Review/Prepare monthly reports: sales by customer, collection forecast, actual cashflow, profit & loss/balance sheets, actual vs budget analysis
- Prepare and analyze monthly management reports for the Group and All entities
- Oversee cashflow management and collections
- Review annual tax computations, tax submissions and audited accounts
- Address corporate and GST tax queries
- Liaise with vendors, tax agent and auditors
- Ensure compliance with group financial policies and procedures and timely submission of accounts
- Assist in preparing the Group’s Quarterly board pack and annual report
- Coach and mentor Staff work

- Minimum ACCA/Degree or professional qualifications
- Knowledge in Accounting, Tax and Transfer Pricing
- Minimum 5-years of relevant experience in similar capacity with Audit Experience will be advantageous
- Ability to work under pressure with positive attitude and cope with tight deadlines
- Willingness to travel overseas as needed
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Meticulous with positive and pleasant personality
- Good team player
- Company transport pick-up at Clementi/Jurong East/Choa Chu Kang MRT station
