Key Responsibilities:
- Manage restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures
- Oversee staff scheduling, training, and performance management
- Ensure high standards of customer service and satisfaction
- Maintain inventory and manage ordering of supplies
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, sales reports, and cost control
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work 6 days a week
- Knowledge of restaurant management software is a plus
