Responsibilities
- Carry out final inspections
- Perform testing on incoming materials such as paint, lacquer, and steel for each batch
- Conduct in-process quality checks at least twice per day
- Calibrate measuring equipment in-house twice a year
- Maintain and manage process documentation and test reports
- Submit non-conformance reports on a daily basis
- Undertake drum performance testing according to UN standards
- Handle additional tasks as needed, including:First article inspections; Investigations into customer complaints; Testing of product packaging
Requirements
- Completion of G.C.E. 'O' level or an equivalent qualification
- Preferably, at least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Candidate with industrial packaging background will be highly advantageous
- Proficient in basic computer operations
- Familiarity with statistical analysis is beneficial
- Understanding of ISO procedures is advantageous
