Duties & Responsibilities
1. Lead & supervise the outlet team, delegate work to team members
2. Able to communicate effectively and lead the outlet team members to work collaboratively to achieve the company's objectives.
3. Experienced in both front- service and kitchen operations.
4. Able to handle outlet administrative matters such as timesheet, HR mattes and etc.
5. Capable of collaborating effectively with backend departments.
6. Forward thinking with positive mindset, ability to motivate team members
7. Ability to handle customer feedback in a professional manner
8. Take charge of outlet inventory management and procurement, ensuring sufficient stock levels while minimizing waste.
9. Able in generating reports for sales, inventory, wastage and etc.
10. Assist Service Crew as and when required.
11. Any other duties assigned
Requirements
· Minimum 2 to 3 years’ experience, preferably in food & beverage industry
· Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
· Strong organizational and time management skills.
· Attention to detail and commitment to high quality of customer service.
