The key responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment and selection activities of clinicians to support the operations and services needs.
- Oversee the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth integration into the institution
- Manage the offboarding activities, analyze trends and work with management to support the retention initiatives
- Manage day-to-day inquiries from staff/management and provide professional HR advice on interpreting HR policies, procedures, initiatives, and issues.
- Facilitate and support the performance appraisal process to ensure objective performance reviews, promotions, salary benchmarking exercises, and career development for medical staff
- Participate in planning and executing various employee engagement and recruitment initiatives and events.
- Prepare manpower reports for submission to both internal and external stakeholders.
Requirement:
- At least a bachelor degree with at least 3 years’ experience in human resource management. Candidates with more experience may be considered for a Senior position.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
- Fast learner and able to work independently and in a team to deliver results under tight timelines
- Detail-oriented with a flair for numbers and highly organized
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
