Role: Reporting Analyst

Job Objectives:
· Support monthly, quarterly, annual and adhoc status reporting, forecasting and associated deliverables aligned with the operational activities of the Reporting & Analytics function.
· Support Service Reporting & Analytics team for tasks required for definition, improvement and delivery to the organisations stakeholders
· Receive demand requests, prioritise and manage resource allocation to key activities along with the Reporting Lead in managing outputs required from the Reporting & Analytics team
· Support day-to-day operational activities associated within the Dept’s Service Catalogue for reporting
Key Responsibilities:
· Prepare reports using Qlik / other visualisation tools and provide trend analysis statistics to assist in management’s decision making.
· Lead in managing overall deliverable for key stakeholders with guidance from the Reporting & Analytics Lead
· Continuously bring in improvements and efficiency in the reporting deliverables using features of Qlik tool and other associated reporting tools
· Automate manual ways of generating periodical reports to gain efficiency and take forward data analysis capability to next level
· Ensure defined processes and best practices are followed by the unit and act as a single point of contact in clarifying the latest artefacts, documents and best practices related to reporting & analytics processes
· Ensure best practice, process improvements are held in a repository and are kept up to date.
· Assist the Reporting & Analytics team lead in resolving any department operational issues related to reporting and process activities and driving improvement initiatives.
Key Requirements:
· About 5 - 7 years of core experience in data handling, reporting using Qlik sense (and any other related reporting tools) and process related environment, preferably in the area of Banking and Finance.
· Exposed to dashboard building, reporting automation, user management, stakeholder management, reporting, process improvement, department level operational activities and assisting the leads in governance forums.
· Aspiration to excel in reporting and process streams and willingness to continuously learn new tools and techniques
· Strong attention to details, excellent data analytical and reporting skills.
· Strong people management and time management skills.
· Excellent client facing, internal communications, written and verbal communication skills.
· Hands on experience with any of the exporting tools, advanced excel skills and certification in any of the process frameworks is a plus.
