Responsibilities
Assist in administrative work and data entry
• Assist in data, budgeting, tracking reports
• Assist in interview scheduling for new representatives’ allowance applications
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
• Support the Recruitment Managers on the month-to-month execution of the career seminar events that includes, but not limited to:
- Sourcing of vendors
- Liaise with speakers and or vendors on set up requirements for the event
- Assist in planning of the event
- Any other duties as assigned
• Takes accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks.
Skills/Requirement
•Minimum of 6 months of experience in a large recruiting department, preferably in a corporate setting; financial services industry experience is a plus
• Good team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Word/PowerPoint is a major advantage
• High level of integrity, takes accountability of work and good attitude over team work
