Job Description:
Manage order processing and ensure high customer satisfaction by handling
orders, inquiries, and maintaining exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries.
• Process and manage customer purchase orders, stock returns, and liaise with stakeholders for smooth delivery and fulfilments.
• Generate packing lists, monitor account credits, and maintain customer account details.
• Manage credit/debit transactions and handle ad-hoc tasks as needed.
Job Requirements:
• 1-2 years of relevant experience.
• Diploma in Business Admin/Marketing or related field. Ability to work independently and under pressure with strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency in English (Mandarin preferred), strong communication skills, and familiarity with Microsoft Office and SAP/Navision.
Additional Responsibilities:
• Resolve customer complaints and improve service procedures.
• Provide feedback to management to enhance products and services.

Working location: Pandan Loop
Working days/timing: Monday to Friday (8.30am to 5.30pm) and Alternate Saturday (8.30am to 12.30pm)
Salary: Up till $2700 basic + $200 monthly incentives + Variable Bonus + AWS
