Job Description
- To assist Centre Manager/Principal in all administrative matters of the centre
- To maintain and update all office records
- To liaise with Centre Manager/Principal, Teachers, Parents and Regulatory bodies on enrolment, school fees and EC-related subsidy matters
- To attend to telephone calls and walk-in enquiries
- To assist in the ordering of office inventories
- To deliver all other duties assigned by Centre Manager/Principal
- To foster good working relationship with children, parents and colleagues
Job Requirements
- Minimum GCE “O” Levels
- Prior experience in a customer-oriented and front-desk working environment
