Job Scope
- Administer outsource production resource system record creation, maintenance, system access control.
- Generate operations reports with data consolidation, analysis & summaries for production control and management review.
- Coordinating departmental meetings & other cross functional meetings, meeting agenda and minutes of meetings.
- Compile reports and presentation slides for monthly and quarterly management review.
- Organize departmental team building and recreation events.
- Update company Slack Channel for department events photo and commentary.
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
- Must have good knowledge in Microsoft Office, i.e. Excel, PowerPoint and Words.
- Experience in SAP or Shop floor database will be preferred
- Knowledge SharePoint, Microsoft Power Automate, Power BI will be an added advantage.
