Our client is a well-established MNC, market leader in the real estate industry. They are looking for a Condominium Manager to assist their team for the next phase of their business.
Responsibilities:
- On site management and maintenance of different properties
- Day to day operation of all matters relating to maintenance/management of Condo’s facilities and operations
- Regular meetings with the management
- Administration and management of contracts
- Attending to queries from owners
- Liaising with contractors
- All other ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Facilities Management or other relevant field of studies
- Minimum 1 years of relevant experiences
