- Salary: Basic up to $3000 + Comms

Job Scope:
- Collaborate with hiring managers or clients to understand their staffing needs, job descriptions, and qualifications required for open positions.
- Provide guidance on market trends, salary benchmarks, and candidate availability.
- Use various channels to identify potential candidates, including job boards, social media, career sites, professional networks (e.g., LinkedIn), and referrals.
- Engage with passive candidates who may not be actively job searching but could be a good fit for open roles.
- Collaborate with the hiring manager or client to determine appropriate salary and benefits packages.
- Extend job offers to successful candidates and manage negotiations regarding salary, benefits, and start date.
- Ensure smooth communication between candidates and employers during the offer process.
